Kilmainham Prison is an old disused prison converted into a museum, which you can visit on your tour of Dublin. It has been used as a film set for many films.
The visit lasts one hour and is presented by a guide who recounts the history of this prison.
Please note that you will need to book several days in advance on their website to be able to visit.
